All inquires are not a guarantee of services. All persons requesting an inquiry will be notified if any charges or fees are to be taken prior to further services being rendured.

For 1x1 inquires any correspondence that goes beyond the initial inquiry phase (generally two correspondences) becomes a consultation that is subject to fee for services. Correspondence by text is charged at $5 per text (one text is 150 characters) or $20 per 30 minute conversations. 1x1 inquires are best suited for individuals or families that need a little guidance in for the situations they may be faced with and do not know where to start.

For Class, Conferences, or Group inquires all submissions should be no later than 3 business days prior to any event for consideration. Events are charged per length of the event and number of attendees. Small groups are charged at $100 per hour, Large groups are $200 per hour, Class room size are $300 per hour, and Conference size are $500. All events are charged a minimum of 1 hour for travel plus cost of any supplies (handouts and other material to be negotiated). All lecture slides, are the property of Jacob Sermeno Consulting LLC, and are made available to institutions upon request and cost.
